YOUNGSTOWN —  A Sunshine Avenue man who got in trouble for starting a small fire as part of a dance routine in a parking lot near his home is now a wanted man.

Howard L. Ramey, 44, failed to show up in municipal court Monday for arraignment on a charge of open burning.   A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Police said they were called to the 1100 block of Sunshine around 9 p.m. Sunday to investigate a report of someone burning some things and found Ramey, who told them he had poured a small stream of gasoline and ignited it as part of a dance routine he was performing for his neighbors.   The routine required him to dance over the flames, he said.

Police issued him a summons and told him to report for arraignment Monday at 10 a.m.
