You might have to find another route to work

AUSTINTOWN — Ah, the dog days of summer. Time for swimming pools, suntans, vacations and orange construction barrels. It’s the barrels that for many of us mean: Find a new route to work.

Several major construction and resurfacing projects are under way or set to start this summer in the Ohio Department of Transportation’s District 4, which includes Mahoning and Trumbull counties.

As with last summer, the biggest this summer is the ongoing the $100-million plus Interstate 80 project over Meander Reservoir.
