GOODBYE Disqualified candidates

The Mahoning County Board of Elections disqualified eight independent candidates because they voted in the May Democratic primary or serve as a political party precinct committee member. All were running for Youngstown City Council seats.

1st Ward: Frank Bellamy and Charles B. McCray III

5th Ward: Moses H. Mahdee and Tyrone Peakes

6th Ward: Maggy Lorenzi

7th Ward: Michael J. Latessa, Janice L. Rovnak and Terrance P. Esarco
