Flag Day ceremony set at Canfield Fairgrounds

CANFIELD — The public is invited to a Flag Day ceremony that will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Mahoning Veterans Memorial building on the Canfield Fairgrounds.

From 1 to 2 p.m. that day, the MVM Committee will accept worn U.S. Flags for proper disposal.

Light refreshments will follow the Program. John W. Twohig, AMVETS 19th District commander, is the program chairman. Dean McClain, American Legion Post 15 commander, is vice chairman.
