CLASSES

McDonald Parents of Performing Arts will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.

Warren Women’s Connection will hold a “Decorate Your World” luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 13 at Aulizio’s Banquet Center, 4395 Youngstown-Warren Road. The program will feature a demonstration of home interiors products by Michelle Hedrick and music by Renee Koehrsen. The featured speaker will be Billie Brink. The cost is $10 per person. Youngstown American Hungarian Club, 2219 Donald Ave., will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the club house. Discussion will include the club’s annual member and guest picnic, which will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. July 29. Those attending the picnic are asked to take a casserole; the club will furnish the meat. There will be a bacon fry and dues will be collected. The cost is $5 for members and $7 for guests. GRANGES

Dublin Grange will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the grange hall with Zella Baker in charge. The needlework and craft contest will be judged.

GUILDS

Embroiderers Guild of America will meet at 10 a.m. and at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the IOOF Hall in Canfield with Linda Gwinnup presiding. Western Mahoning County Kiwanis Club will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at A La Cart in Canfield. Members will participate in a Division 21 vs. Division 25 softball game at 3 p.m. July 28 followed by a covered dish picnic at 5. Alzheimer’s Association Support Group for persons with early stage memory loss will meet at 1 p.m. Monday. The meeting is free and open to all people and their families who are affected by a diagnosis of cognitive impairment such as dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, Lewy Body disease, etc. There is a brief screening process involved before participating in the group.
