Community picnic to be in Mineral Ridge

MINERAL RIDGE — Mineral Ridge Firemen’s Association will hold a community picnic from 4 to 7 p.m. July 28 at the fire station on state Route 46. The rain date will be Aug. 4.

A dinner buffet of smoked beef and chicken, hot dogs and other picnic foods will be available. The cost is   $7 for adults and $5 for children.

There will be jumparounds, a dunk tank, pony rides, music, raffles and prizes. There will also be a cornhole tournament for $10 per team.
