Aluminum downspouting ripped of Roofers Local 71 building

YOUNGSTOWN — Aluminum downspouting and soffit worth about $1,000 were ripped off a section of the building that houses Roofers Local 71 at 2714 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, police said. The theft was discovered Wednesday.
