REUNIONS | Classes, families plan upcoming activities

Upcoming reunions are published Tuesday. Please submit information about class and family gatherings to the Society Department before 5 p.m. Friday.

Chaney High School Class of 1957 will hold a 50th reunion Aug. 16-18. Activities include a tour of the high school, a social at Youngstown Crab Co., a banquet at the Holiday Inn and a picnic. Harding High School June Class of 1956 will hold a luncheon at 1 p.m. July 17 at Hometown Buffet in NIles. Guests are welcome. For more information, call (330) 759-1211.

The O’Conner family reunion will take place Aug. 5 at Grove City Park in Grove City, Pa. Mark and Ella O’Conner will have coffee available, and tables will be set up at 11 a.m. for the meal at 1:30 p.m. and meeting afterward. Families are reminded to take table settings, casseroles and/or desserts, and a wrapped white elephant gift for bingo, and to sign in with names and addresses of everyone in the group. Sruthers High School Class of 1954 will meet for breakfast at 9 a.m. Saturday at Denny’s Restaurant, U.S.. Route 224, Boardman. All classmates and guests are welcome. No reservations are required.

Warren G. Harding Class of 1972 will hold a 35th class reunion on Aug. 3 at the Avalon Inn. Any classmate who has not received an invitation is asked to call (800) 323-3547.
