BOARDMAN — A community drum circle is being offered Friday for military service men and women and their families.
Ancient rhythm techniques have been shown to reduce anxiety and stress while boosting the immune system will begin at 6 p.m. at St. Luke Church, 5235 South Ave., said organizer Pam Susany. No drumming experience is necessary. Participants will be provided with drums.
