Police find 11 bags of grass on 16-year-old

AUSTINTOWN — A 16-year-old boy was caught with 11 plastic bags of marijuana during a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue, township police said.

The boy was stopped at 3:15 p.m. Friday because of traffic violations, police said. The driver and a passenger, also 16, were released to their mothers pending charges, the report said.
