Finamore heads township association

WARREN — Atty. Mark Finamore, a Vienna Township trusteeis this year's president of Trumbull Township Association, which represents township elected officials.

Sam Plott, a Southington Township trustee, was elected vice president; Rebecca Whitman, a Hartford Township trustee, was named secretary; and Donald Barzak, a Johnston Township trustee, was named delegate to the Ohio Township Association.

During the reorganization meeting, veteran Howland Township trustee Richard Orwig was honored for his 16 years of service and leadership to the county association.

State Sen. Capri Cafaro of Liberty, D-32nd, was guest speaker.
