YOUNGSTOWN -- Dr. Victor Wan-Tatah, director of the Africana Studies Program at Youngstown State University, will talk about events planned at YSU for Black History Month on "Sunday Morning with Dee Crawford."
The show airs at 8 a.m. Sunday on WKBN-TV 27.
