Scullions lead Salem to 11th win



Warren Harding has won three of its last four games.
SALEM -- Amy Scullion scored 16 points and Katie Scullion added nine to lead the Salem High girls basketball team to a 44-42 victory over rival West Branch on Wednesday.
Salem (11-3) outscored West Branch 16-9 in the third quarter to gain the advantage.
Amanda Stiffler scored 11 points for the Warriors (8-6).
Warren Harding 67, Campbell 20
WARREN -- Freshman forward Jasime Kirkland had 14 points and Tempest Simmons, a senior guard, added 10 for Harding (4-10).
The Raiders have won three of their last four games.
Nate-tay Jones-Logan had 14 points for Campbell (0-13).
Warren JFK 38, Kennedy Catholic 27
WARREN -- Samantha Brys scored 11 points and added nine rebounds and two assists to lead Warren JFK, which outscored Kennedy Catholic 11-2 at the free throw line.
Michelle Chaves added seven points for JFK (6-8), which had a 20-9 halftime lead.
Caitlyn Lenhart scored eight points for Kennedy Catholic.
Southeast 51, Akron Coventry 45
RAVENNA -- Lindsay Speidal scored 11 points, while Hannah Homer, Ali Austin and Erikka Coontz each added nine for Southeast, which led 46-28 after three quarters.
