Forgery: An employee at Eastern Ohio Pulmonary Consultants Inc., 960 Windham Court, found out checks had been cashed and signed without the consent of the business.
Possible theft: A worker at Chili's Grill & amp; Bar, 7403 Market St., reported a bank deposit was lost or stolen after being placed in a night depository.
Recovered property: Mill Creek MetroParks police found a 1984 Cadillac Sedan DeVille after a Shields Road woman reported it stolen.
Theft: Police arrested a 57-year-old Youngstown man on a theft charge after a leather coat was stolen from Kohl's, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: Police charged a Youngstown man, 42, with theft and obstructing official business after steaks were stolen from Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive. He also was wanted on a warrant from Warren charging him with two counts of theft. Also arrested was a 50-year-old Youngstown man on charges of fleeing and eluding and operating a vehicle under the influence.
Theft: A 19-year-old Youngstown woman was picked up on a warrant from Boardman charging her with theft related to a case of employee theft at Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.

Identity theft: A Cranberry Run Drive man told police of receiving a 2,314.60 bill from a communications company for which he had no knowledge.
Aggravated menacing: An Oles Avenue woman reported overhearing a man talking on his cellular phone asking someone to damage her vehicle.
Theft: A woman reported the theft of her purse from a table while at Chili's Grill & amp; Bar.
Theft: A man in the 8500 block of Southern Boulevard accused a tenant's former boyfriend of taking a chain saw from a garage.
Theft: A 29-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested on a warrant from Boardman charging her with theft. She was accused of taking a set of sheets from Family Dollar on Market Street in November.
Drugs: A traffic stop in the township resulted in two arrests after officers said they found suspected marijuana packaged for sale and suspected marijuana. Facing a felony charge of trafficking in marijuana was a 21-year-old Youngstown man; a Columbiana man, 26, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
Stolen property: Authorities arrested a 22-year-old Boardman man on a felony count of receiving stolen property. The man admitted using a razor blade to remove a validation sticker from a vehicle at the Southern Park Mall and placing it on his car, police said.

Theft: A worker at Chili's Grill & amp; Bar discovered a wallet missing from a drawer.
Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A man in the 7400 block of Huntington Drive loaned his 2004 Nissan to his former wife who he said refused to return the vehicle.
Theft: Police charged a Struthers man, 28, with theft after merchandise was stolen from Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Assault: A Stanton Avenue man told officers a 16-year-old boy punched him near the left eye.
Drugs: While investigating suspicious activity near Glow Fore It LLC, 8414 Market St., police arrested a Boardman man, 18, on charges of possession of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia as well as two other drug-related counts after a police dog indicated the presence of drugs in his car. Multiple prescription drugs and suspected crack cocaine and marijuana were found, authorities said.
Arrest: A 45-year-old Youngstown woman was taken into custody on warrants from Boardman charging her with three counts of theft by deception and one count of theft. She was accused of operating a scam between October 2004 and March 2005 on members of a church to get their money.
Arrest: Police pulled over and arrested a 19-year-old Canfield man wanted on a warrant from Boardman charging him with theft and misuse of a credit card. Credit cards were stolen and used without permission at various Boardman businesses, officers said.

Menacing: A man told police he was threatened with physical harm while delivering newspapers for The Vindicator near Lynn Mar Avenue.
Unauthorized use of a vehicle: A 2007 Pontiac was rented from Clerac Inc., 7880 Market St., and not returned.
Theft/criminal damaging: A woman in the 7000 block of West Boulevard discovered someone broke her car's rear passenger-side window and removed a portable compact-disc player, 20 CDs and her vehicle's registration.
Theft: Police charged two Youngstown women, 18 and 20, with theft after merchandise was taken from Wal-Mart.
Theft: Two 11-year-old girls and an 18-year-old woman, all of Youngstown, faced theft charges. The three were accused of stealing lingerie from the J.C. Penney store in the Southern Park Mall.
Arrest: A traffic stop in the township led to the arrest of an 18-year-old Campbell man wanted on a warrant issued by the Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Justice Center, Youngstown, charging him with parole violation. He also was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Drugs: After pulling them over near Southern Boulevard, police arrested a woman, 18, and a man, 26, both of Youngstown. The man faced charges of trafficking in marijuana, failure to comply with police, resisting arrest and obstructing official business; the woman was charged with obstructing official business. Authorities said the man had in his pocket suspected marijuana packaged for sale, and that both ran from officers.
Domestic violence: Police arrested a 34-year-old man at his Oakley Avenue home on a domestic-violence charge after a family member reported being a victim.
Burglary: A woman in the 5200 block of South Avenue discovered someone entered her home and removed copper pipes.
Theft: A woman's cellular phone was stolen while she was at Cinema South Inc., 7420 South Ave.
Theft by deception: Someone took merchandise from Macy's in the Southern Park Mall and returned it to receive credit.
