STANFORD, Calif. -- Brooke Smith had 17 points and nine rebounds, and Stanford overcame its worst shooting half of the season. Candice Wiggins added 15 points, seven rebounds and six assists for the Cardinal (15-3, 8-0 Pac-10), who overcame an 11-point halftime deficit en route to their 14th consecutive win. It's the nation's third-longest active streak. Casey Nash scored 20 points to lead Oregon State (7-10, 2-6), which remained winless in Maples Pavilion in 21 tries. The Beavers haven't beaten Stanford on any court since winning 81-65 on Jan. 11, 2001, in Corvallis, Ore. Since then, the Cardinal have won 13 straight against their conference foe. Jill Harmon added 13 points and six rebounds for Stanford, which has not lost since a 74-69 defeat at then-No. 8 Georgia on Nov. 26.

WACO, Texas -- Bernice Mosby had 29 points and 10 rebounds to lead Baylor past Kansas State. Latara Darrett added 15 points for the Lady Bears (16-3, 3-2 Big 12), Jessica Morrow had 14 and Angela Tisdale 12. Claire Coggins and Shalee Lehning led the Wildcats (14-4, 2-3) with 20 points apiece.

BOWLING GREEN -- Ali Mann scored 16 points and Bowling Green held Central Michigan scoreless for nearly 4 minutes in the first half. Carin Horne added 12 points despite sitting most of the second half for the Falcons (16-2, 6-0 Mid-American). Candace Wilson scored 15 points and Britni Houghton 11 for Central Michigan (9-10, 1-5).

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Krystal Ellis scored 24 points, including the go-ahead layup with 10.3 seconds left that lifted Marquette over Providence. Ellis added a career-high seven assists for Marquette (17-2, 5-1 Big East), and Danielle Kamm had 17 points and Christina Quaye 16. Chelesea Marandola and Shauna Snyder scored 20 points each for Providence (12-7, 2-4), and Catherine Bove had 17.
No. 20 Middle Tennessee 75,Ark.-Little Rock 62
LITTLE ROCK -- Chrissy Givens scored 33 points to lead Middle Tennessee past Arkansas-Little Rock for the Blue Raiders' 14th straight win. Amber Holt scored 13 points and Krystle Horton added 10 points for Middle Tennessee (17-3, 9-0 Sun Belt Conference). Anshel Cooper had 20 points, Kim Sitzman added 18 and Renee Renz 11 to lead the Trojans (12-8, 5-5).

BERKELEY, Calif. -- Freshman guard Lauren Greif scored 19 points to pace California to its fifth straight victory and coach Joanne Boyle her 100th career win. The Bears (15-4, 6-3 Pac-10) are off to their best start in 15 seasons. Carolyn Ganes and Tamika Nurse scored 14 points apiece for Oregon (10-8, 2-6).
