"Seabiscuit" (8 p.m., ABC): If you've ever bonded with a horse -- or just love inspiring beat-the-odds stories -- you might want to check out "Seabiscuit." The 2003 film starring Tobey Maguire (he's the jockey, not the horse) recalls, in absorbing fashion, the tale of a 1930s-era longshot who became a beloved race-track champ.
"The Secret Show" (8:30 p.m., Nicktoons): Special agents work on the QT and for a boss whose name changes every five minutes.
"Independent Lens: Shadya" (11 p.m., PBS): Like many 17-year-old girls, Shadya Zoabi listens to music and hangs out with her chums. In addition, she's a Muslim Arab living in Israel; a feminist in a male-dominated culture; and a karate world champion. "I'm different," she notes, a fact borne out in the one-hour portrait, "Shadya." It's a coming-of-age film about a young Muslim woman intent on succeeding on her terms even as she stays committed to her Muslim community in Israel.
