Chamber event to focuson economic forecast
BOARDMAN -- The Regional Chamber's Economic Forecast Breakfast will be at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mr. Anthony's. The keynote speaker will be Jack Kleinhenz, chief executive of Kleinhenz & amp; Associates and an adjunct faculty member at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.

Former Delphi workeropens Precision Tune
AUSTINTOWN -- Bob Johnson, a former Delphi Packard Electric worker, has opened Precision Tune Auto Care at 4801 Mahoning Ave. The Hermitage, Pa., resident bought a franchise of the Virginia-based company after accepting a buyout offer from Delphi last year. The business is in a seven-bay center that used to house Superior Auto. Three former employees from a Superior store in Niles have been hired to staff Precision Tune.

At-large members on the executive council are Jerry Nighswander, Chadderton Trucking, and Angela Palumbo, Mercer County CareerLink.

Employee becomesAllstate agency owner
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Chad Gettemy has become the new owner of a Allstate Insurance agency at 1929 E. Washington St. Gettemy, an Allstate employee of 10 years, bought former agent Gail Wolfe's book of business.
As a former underwriting and product manager with Allstate, Gettemy is fully licensed for handling insurance and also maintains licenses to offer other financial products.
Spickos Giant Eagleis retailer of the week
WARREN -- The Ohio Lottery named Spickos Giant Eagle as retailer of the week for last week. The store at 2587 Parkman Road has been servicing Ohio Lottery customers for almost 12 years. Eleanor and Patty Spicko own the store.
Each week, the Ohio Lottery recognizes one retail partner who offers courteous service and sales enthusiasm. Winners are chosen based on recommendations by their Lottery sales representative and regional sales office staff.
