Senior Center of Mahoning County, 1110 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, has planned the following activities: Monday, income-tax assistance from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., bridge at 1 p.m. and follies at 2:30 p.m.; Tuesday, oil painting and exercise at 10 a.m., computer class at 10 a.m. and noon, chorus at 12:30 p.m. and digital club at 2; Wednesday, watercolor class at 10 a.m., computer class at 10 a.m. and noon, tai chi at noon, and yoga and 500 cards at 1 p.m.; Thursday, woodcarvers and Watch Our Weight Club at 9 a.m., D.J. Stitchers at 10, exercise at noon, square dancing at 1 p.m. and line dancing at 3; and Friday, income-tax assistance from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Scheduled fun days and parties are: Wednesday, Selah Restaurant; Thursday, Boardman Fun Day; and Friday, Youngstown Fun Day. UPMC Horizon will host a Seniors for Safe Driving Course from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. March 1 and 2 in Assembly Rooms D and E at the Greenville, Pa., campus.
