Suspected South Side crack house boarded up

YOUNGSTOWN — Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court has granted City Prosecutor Jay Macejko’s request for an order to board up and padlock a reputed crack house on the city’s South Side.

Judge Krichbaum granted the order today to close the house at 417 Kenmore Ave. after Macejko filed his complaint against the owner, Emanuel Williams Jr., of Clearmount Drive, and the occupant, Jeremiah T. Franklin Jr.

Neither Williams and Franklin could be reached for comment tonight.
