AUSTINTOWN -- Motorists should watch for delays on Interstate 80 over the Meander Creek Reservoir both today and Wednesday as road patching continues, said the Ohio Department of Transportation. Today, the eastbound passing lane will be closed from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Wednesday, the eastbound driving lane will be closed from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m. During the work, the ramp from the Ohio Turnpike to I-80 eastbound may have intermittent closures to avoid traffic delays on the turnpike. The detour route is Mahoning Avenue to state Route 11 northbound.
Man found in fire ID'd
SEBRING -- The man found dead inside his burning house at 248 E. Oregon Ave. around 3 a.m. Saturday has been identified as Bradley W. Kelly, 40, said Sebring Fire Chief Jim Cannell. The chief said the coroner has not ruled on the cause of death.
Aggravated robbery
BOARDMAN -- Police are looking for a man who committed an aggravated robbery at Wal-Mart on Doral Drive. The robbery happened at 4:45 a.m. Sunday. A man approached a cashier with nine DVD movies, police report. He also asked for a pack of cigarettes. The clerk told police she left her register to get the cigarettes. When she returned, the suspect told her he had a gun. He gave her a handful of coins and said, 'Here, take this. If you say anything, I will kill you right now,' she told police. The clerk said she did not see a gun. A video from the store's security system shows the man getting into the driver's side of a red four-door car, possibly a Ford Taurus or Contour.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Dr. Najma Najam, vice chancellor of Fatima Jinnah Women University in Pakistan, will visit Youngstown State University on Wednesday to explore establishing academic linkages and exchanges between the two universities. Fatima Jinnah, located in Rawalpindi, was founded in 1998 as the first public university in Pakistan exclusively for women.
Fire probe continues
SHARON, Pa. -- Fire officials are still investigating a suspicious fire at which six firefighters were injured. The Pennsylvania State Police fire marshal was expected back at 136 S. Irvine Ave. on Monday to look at the remains of the vacant building. Firefighters said one person was brought in for questioning about the fire, which started at 1:02 p.m. Friday. They were on the scene until 11:30 p.m. Most of the interior of the brick house was destroyed.
Hearing set in shooting
WARREN -- A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 6 for a Warren man accused of firing a shot at a city policeman. Stefin L. Gantt, 19, of Garden Street, appeared Monday before Acting Judge Donald Ford of Warren Municipal Court. He is being held in the county jail in lieu of a 50,000 bond. Patrol Officer Jeff Miller was responding to a report of a man with a firearm about 3:43 a.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of North Park Avenue. Police said that as they arrived, Gantt fired a shot in Miller's direction.
Unlawful sexual conduct
LISBON -- A Salem man has been arrested after being indicted on nine counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a girl. The Columbiana County sheriff's office said Donnell Powell, 24, was arrested over the weekend and accused of engaging in sex with the girl, now 15. A second Salem man, Ryan Armstrong, 22, was arrested earlier on the same charges involving the same girl. The acts took place during summer and fall 2005, authorities said.
