AT THE COURTHOUSE: A Ten Commandments monument is located on the steps of the Dixie County Courthouse in Cross City, Fla. The county commissioner approved a request last year to place the privately funded monument there. The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a suit saying the monument is unconstitutional.
