February 23, 1957: Boardman Township clergymen organize the Boardman Ministerial Association to discuss and address the needs and problems of churches in the area.
Two safecrackers walk into an ambush in a Cincinnati supermarket and are shot dead in a wild gun battle with police. More than 100 shots are fired. No police are injured. Police set the trap after an off duty detective noticed one of the men, a known safecracker, casing the store during the day.
