Reward fund created for missing woman information

FARRELL, Pa. — A fund has been set up at First National Bank for anyone wanting to contribute to a reward for information about the disappearance of a Farrell mother.

Donations can be made at any First National Bank location to the Shelly Misinay Reward Fund, said Becky Swartz, a family friend.

Misinay, a 41-year-old stay-at-home mother of two, has not been seen since the early morning of Feb. 14, according to police.
