Trumbull ballots rejected

WARREN — Trumbull County Board of Elections has rejected the provisional ballots cast by 23 county residents who voted during the Feb. 6 special election.

Provisional ballots are those cast by people who come to the polls with no voter identification, need to change their address, have a name change or other reasons, said Kelly Pallante, elections board director.

The elections board will meet at 3 p.m. Friday to certify the results.
