Fundraiser set at Cedar's for Animal Charity

YOUNGSTOWN -- Animal Charity of Ohio, South Avenue, will host a fundraiser Friday at Cedar's Cafe.
Animal Charity is a not-for-profit organization aimed at protecting animals. The fundraiser is an evening of food, dancing and other activities.
The organization provides Mahoning County and surrounding counties with services such as veterinary care, investigation of animal cruelty or neglect, educational programs regarding responsible pet ownership and the rehabilitation and release of wildlife.
The fund-raising event will be from 7 to 11 p.m. Friday at Cedar's Cafe, 131 W. Commerce St.
Tickets are 30 for a single, 55 for a couple and 240 for a sponsorship table that seats eight people.
Each ticket includes a buffet dinner, cash bar, dancing with Rudy & amp; the Professionals, Chinese auction and a 50-50 raffle. All the proceeds will be used to rescue, protect and provide quality of life to animals in the community.
