Blaze causes 70,000 damage to home

VIENNA -- Firefighters from Vienna and five surrounding departments battled a fire Monday afternoon at a two-story home at 1821 Warner Road.
The man and woman who lived at the home were not hurt.
Assistance came from Liberty, Hartford, Fowler, Brookfield and the Youngstown Air Reserve Station for the 2:18 p.m. blaze.
Fire Chief Richard Brannon said two Vienna firefighters received minor injuries. One firefighter cut his hand on broken glass, and the other fell on ice.
