TEMPE, Ariz. -- Jeff Pendergraph had 14 points and 15 rebounds to help Arizona State snap a school-record 15-game losing streak. The Sun Devils (7-19, 1-14) beat a ranked opponent for the first time since March 20, 2003, when they defeated No. 19 Memphis in the first round of the NCAA tournament. They also avoided becoming the first team to go winless in the Pac-10 since the conference expanded in 1978-79. Trailing 32-23 with 15:15 to play, the Sun Devils outscored USC 24-7 to take a 47-39 lead with 6 minutes to go, then hung on for the win. Gabe Pruitt scored 22 points and Lodrick Stewart added 18 for the Trojans (19-8, 9-5), who have lost two of three.

No. 1 Duke 69, No. 6 Maryland 57
COLLEGE PARK, Md. -- Lindsey Harding scored 20 of her career-high 29 points in the pivotal first half, and Duke disappointed a spirited sellout crowd to remain undefeated and clinch the Atlantic Coast Conference regular season title. The Blue Devils (28-0, 13-0) took control late in the first half and never trailed over the final 25 minutes in beating the defending national champions for the second time this season. Carrem Gay scored 14 points for the Blue Devils, and Alison Bales had 12 points and 12 rebounds. Crystal Langhorne had 15 points and 12 rebounds for the Terrapins (25-4, 9-4) and Marissa Coleman had 12 points, 10 rebounds and six assists.
No. 2 North Carolina 93, Miami 70
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Ivory Latta scored 21 points, Camille Little scored 13 points and Erlana Larkins added 13 points and 13 rebounds for the Tar Heels (26-2, 10-2 Atlantic Coast Conference). North Carolina took out its frustrations on the Hurricanes (11-17, 2-11), shooting nearly 46 percent, never trailing and leading by as many as 35. The Tar Heels overcame Maurita Reid's 28 points by scoring the first 13 points of the game and remaining in control the rest of the way.

ST. LOUIS -- Kimberly Beck and Sarah-Jo Lawrence scored 16 points apiece and George Washington overcame poor shooting to defeat Saint Louis and win its 16th straight game. Jessica Adair added 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Colonials (23-2, 12-0 Atlantic 10), who entered the game shooting 44.1 percent in league play, but managed just 35 percent against the Billikens. Theresa Lisch led the Billikens (11-15, 3-8) with 14 points.

LOS ANGELES -- Briann January had a career-high 22 points with nine assists and six steals to lead Arizona State to its sixth straight win. Emily Westerberg and Danielle Orsillo added 12 points apiece for Arizona State (25-3, 15-2 Pacific-10), which remains a half-game behind first-place Stanford in the conference race. The Sun Devils also set single-season team records for most conference victories and regular-season victories. Noelle Quinn had 20 points, six rebounds and five assists for the Bruins (13-15, 7-9), who have lost four of five. Lindsey Pluimer added 13 points and eight rebounds, and Chinyere Ibekwe had 11 rebounds.

AUBURN, Ala. -- Reserve Janese Hardrick scored 20 points, including four free throws in the final minute, to help Georgia defeat Auburn for its fourth straight win. Hardrick was 3-of-5 on 3-pointers for Georgia (23-5, 10-3 Southeastern Conference), which led 34-28 at halftime. Tasha Humphrey added 14 points and Christy Marshall had 12. Sherell Hobbs led Auburn (17-11, 4-8) with 20 points, and DeWanna Bonner had 11.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Caroline Williams scored a career-high 26 points to lead Vanderbilt to its sixth straight win. The Commodores (23-4, 9-3 Southeastern Conference) have not trailed or been tied since a Feb. 1 game at Kentucky. Melanie Johnson led the Gamecocks (15-13, 5-8) with 14 points.

WACO, Texas -- Latara Darrett scored 17 points and Angela Tisdale added 12 to lift Baylor over Texas. Bernice Mosby and Jhasmin Player added 10 points apiece for the Lady Bears (23-4, 10-3 Big 12), who have won four straight. Earnesia Williams scored 16 points and Tiffany Jackson had 12 for Texas (16-11, 5-8), which has lost four straight.

MADISON, Wis. -- Katie Gearlds scored a school-record 41 points to lift Purdue over Wisconsin. Gearlds scored 14 of the final 15 points for the Boilermakers (23-5, 12-2 Big Ten). Mariah Dunham led the Badgers (18-10, 7-8) with 16 points.
No. 25 James Madison 71,Northeastern 57
BOSTON -- Meredith Alexis had 25 points and 13 rebounds to lead James Madison past Northeastern for its 16th straight win. Lesley Dickinson made five 3-pointers and finished with 15 points for James Madison (24-2, 15-0 Colonial Athletic Association). Shaleyse Smallwood led Northeastern (4-22, 3-12) with 21 points, going over 1,000 points for her career.
