MADISON -- The Winegrowers of the Grand River Valley will hold their fourth annual Ice Wine Festival from noon to 5 p.m. March 3 and March 10.
Visitors can sample ice wine and appetizers for 4 per person at each of the five wineries: Debonne Vineyards, Ferrante Winery, Laurello Vineyards, South River Vineyard and St. Joseph Vineyard.
Different events will be held at each winery, including an art show, cooking demonstration, and an explanation of how wine is produced.

'What the Bleep' filmto be shown at center
VILLA MARIA, Pa. -- The film "What the Bleep Do We Know!?" will be shown at 2 p.m. March 4 at Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center.
The award winning film, originally released in 2004, explores consciousness and the quantum field behind what is considered the normal view of reality. It is part of a series of films being shown at Villa Maria that are designed to expand awareness and stimulate conversation about global and spiritual topics.

Pianist to perform
YOUNGSTOWN -- Kevin Orr, a world respected pianist, will perform at 4 p.m. Thursday at Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 421 Covington St.
Orr is a graduate of Youngstown State University's Dana School of Music and is associate professor at the University of Florida. Selections will include works by Brahms, Beethoven and Youngstown's Robert Rollin

'Romeo and Juliet'performance for deaf
AKRON -- A sign language interpretation of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" will be presented at Weathervane Playhouse at 7:30 p.m. March 3. Interpretation will be provided by two professional theatrical interpreters.

Museums collaborate
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Mahoning Cultural Collaborative, a coalition of area museums and educational institutions, will again hold its annual summer passport program.
To play, participants must pick up a yellow passport brochure at participating sites and attend a program or take a tour at six of the seven participating institutions, where they will pick up a clue at the entrance.
The winner will receive a prize basket. Smaller prize baskets will also be given to the winners from each site. Winners will be drawn over Labor Day weekend at the Canfield Fair.
Participating sites are the Butler Institute of American Art; the Mahoning Valley Historical Society's Arms Museum or MVHS Archival Library; the Youngstown Historical Center of Industry and Labor; The Children's Museum of the Valley; Mill Creek MetroParks, which includes Fellows Riverside Gardens, Ford Nature Center and Lanterman's Mill; the Western Reserve Historical Society's Loghurst Historic House; and Youngstown State University's McDonough Museum of Art, Rose Melnick Medical Museum, Ward Beecher Planetarium and SMARTS.
