STRUTHERS — A 70-year-old Elm Street man died after he was found lying in the street near his parked car around 9 a.m. today. Police Chief Robert Norris said the unresponsive man was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center. Norris said the car had been parked near the man’s home. The hospital referred questions to the Mahoning County Coroner’s Office.
