Dec. 8

Underage: Two cases of beer were seized in an arrest at a vehicle at Timber Run Drive and Herbert Road where three underage passengers were consuming alcohol. All three were charged.

Dec. 9

Theft: A Radio Shack employee, 429 E. Main St., reported she had been robbed at the store by a man who left in a silver vehicle. Taken were: a digital camcorder, three digital cameras, Sirius receiver with car kit, wireless FM transmitter, MPS player, MP3 player, printer-scanner and laptop computer.

Dec. 15

Drug abuse: A 20-year-old Austintown man was arrested on charges of drug abuse on South Raccoon Road after police found a suspected marijuana blunt in a plastic bag.

Underage: A 20-year-old Youngstown man, an 18-year-old Salem woman and an 18-year-old Youngstown man were arrested on Lisbon Street for underage alcohol consumption.

Dec. 10

Theft from auto: A wallet and contents were stolen from an auto at the Rebel Truck Stop lot , 5335 Seventy-Six Drive.

Breaking and entering, business: An office trailer and storage building were entered at Re-Nu Roofing, 168 S. Meridian Road.

Theft: A man and a woman were arrested for theft at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damaging: Damage to vehicle tires was reported at a home in the 200 block of North Four Mile Run Road.

Burglary: Entry was gained through an east rear window at a home in the 100 block of North Beverly Avenue.

Theft: A wallet was stolen at Shepherd of the Valley, 5525 Silica Road.

Dec. 12

Burglary: Entry was gained to an apartment in the 1000 block of Fountain Square and jewelry was taken.

Criminal damaging: A fence and lawn were damaged at a home in the 4000 block of Lanterman Road.

Theft from auto: A catalytic converter was taken from two vehicles at Blue Ribbon Motors, 4004 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damaging: Paint on a vehicle was scratched at Mahoning County Court No. 4, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: The victim’s son is accused of taking jewelry at a home in the 5000 block of London Drive.

Burglary: Jewelry was taken but there was no forced entry at a home in the 2000 block of Bainbridge Street.

Theft: $35.12 in gasoline was stolen at Certified Oil, 825 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: 80 gallons of diesel fuel was stolen from a gas tank in a vacant lot at Austintown Storage, 5370 Clarkins Drive.

Dec. 13

Criminal damaging: A band instrument was damaged at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

Theft: Aluminum was taken from a home in the 800 block of Ohltown Road.

Theft: $37.01 in fuel was taken from Country Fair, 1143 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Theft from auto: A stereo was stolen from an auto at apartments in the 900 block of Compass West.

Dec. 14

Theft: A coat and keys from an employee were stolen in a lunch room at Wal-Mart.

Criminal trespass: A woman was arrested for trespassing at Club 76, 5335 Seventy-Six Drive.

Theft: Two men pumped gas and stole beer at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road and fled in a green pickup. The vehicle was recovered by Lordstown police.

Dec. 15

Drug offense: A Youngstown man was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana at I-680 and Meridian Road.

Criminal damaging: A window was broken at a home in the 20 block of Wickliffe Circle.

Theft: $300 was not deposited for BP, 3107 S. Canfield-NIles Road. A suspect is a female employee.

Theft: A woman was arrested for theft at Rainbow, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Passing a bad check: A woman used another woman’s identification card to cash a check at Advanced Check Cashing, 3700 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A man was arrested for theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: An Xbox 360 console, games and clothing were stolen from an apartment in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.

Dec. 16

Auto theft: A 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier was stolen at The Gatsby, 54 Westchester Drive.

Theft: $39 in fuel was stolen at Country Fair, 1143 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: Clothing was stolen at J.C. Penney, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
