LAKE MILTON — A truck filled with 101 puppies being transported to Connecticut from Missouri overturned on Interstate 76 eastbound when the driver hit a patch of snow to avoid another vehicle that swerved into the passing lane, said Deputy Dog Warden Dave Nelson. All the puppies survived the crash and were transferred to a rental truck to continue their journey on Tuesday, Nelson said. The puppies, he said, were all shaking and scared. He said every breed imaginable was represented.
