GAMBIER — The Grand Chapter of Ohio, Order of Eastern Star, has awarded a $500 scholarship to W. David R. Hartsock, a graduate of Boardman High School and a member of Youngstown Chapter, Order of DeMolay.
The award was presented to Hartsock, who is majoring in pre-law at Youngstown State University, by Susan Dennis, OES worthy grand matron, at a DeMolay conclave held at Bowling Green State University.
