XYOUNGSTOWN — The marriage of Kristin Reno and Ryan Otterson was solemnized by the Rev. G. David Weikart during a 2 p.m. ceremony July 7 at St. Christine Church.
After a reception at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center, the couple left for a honeymoon at the Riviera Maya, Mexico.
The daughter of Frank and Ann Reno, 2502 Beech St., Girard, and the son of Richard and Jane Otterson, 1115 E. Cherokee Drive, live at 3960 S. Schenley Ave.
The bride wore a white, strapless A-line gown trimmed with crystals and embroidery on the bodice, skirt and train.
The honor attendant was Michele Deprofio, the bride’s cousin, and bridesmaids were Jamie Baxter, Katie Vesely, Lora Cramer, Jennifer Miller, Candace Brown, Sara Revella and the bride’s cousin, Gretchen Perline. They wore white gowns with floral bodices. Flower girl was her cousin, Kaitlyn Deprofio.
Nick Eusanio served as best man, and groomsmen were John Deeskin; Ted Otterson, the groom’s uncle; Dave Mesynak, his cousin; Frank Reno Jr., the bride’s brother; Christopher Deprofio, her cousin; Mark Brinkly; and Joe Smaldino. Ring bearer was the bride’s cousin and godson, Matthew Deprofio.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in allied health. She is a certified medical assistant with Dr. E.F. Cosentino of Girard.
The groom attended YSU and is a sales associate with Home Depot in Austintown. He will attend Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology of Connecticut.
