Respect Day rally scheduled for Wednesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Mayor Jay Williams and the Mahoning County Commissioners will conduct a rally at noon Wednesday in front of the county courthouse to promote May as Family Violence Prevention Month. The Respect Day rally will feature proclamations from the commissioners, the mayor and City Council. It will be moved inside the courthouse in case of inclement weather.
