PROPERTY STUDY
Youngstown
The Youngstown Board of Control hired MS Consultants to test the soil at five properties on and around the site of the proposed Youngstown State University College of Business Administration. The properties are:
The former Ideal Store Fixtures building, 126 W. Wood St. It is the former site of an automobile dealership and considered the most contaminated of the five properties.
A building at 236 N. Phelps St., owned by the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown.
The Grenga Machine & amp; Welding Co. building, 128 W. Rayen Ave. It once was the site of an auto dealership.
The Cherol commercial building at 129 W. Rayen Ave. It is a former auto dealership and a bus garage.
