HUBBARD -- Announced by Kimberly Serroka, 1181 Loganwoods Drive, is the engagement of her daughter, Kristin J. Serroka, 2156 Iroquois Lane, Falls Church, Va., and Alfred V. Garesch & eacute;, 2055 N. Vermont St., Arlington, Va.
Parents of the future groom are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Garesch & eacute;, 6 Pondview Close, Chappaqua, N.Y.
Miss Serroka, also a daughter of the late David P. Serroka, is a legislative assistant with U.S. Rep. Paul Gillmor in Washington. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in political science.
Mr. Garesch & eacute; earned a bachelor's degree in communications, law, economics and government at The American University in Washington. He is a legislative director with U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Dole in Washington.
Invitations will be extended for the wedding the couple have planned for 3 p.m. Aug. 18 at St. Joseph the Provider Catholic Church in Campbell. Their evening reception at the Grand Pavilion at the Avalon Inn and Resort in Howland will also be held by invitation.
