Sobriety checkpoint will be Friday

YOUNGSTOWN — A sobriety checkpoint will be held in Mahoning County from 7 to 11:30 p.m. Friday. Members of the Mahoning County Operating Vehicle Impaired Task Force will be targeting impaired drivers and enforcing safety-belt laws. Funding for the extra patrols is provided by a state grant administered by the Goshen Police District.
