Position: Quarterback.Height/weight: 6-5, 237.College career: Started 13 games for Montana in 2006, leading Grizzlies to 10-1 regular season record (their loss was to Iowa) and a berth in I-AA playoffs. Completed 193 of 356 passes for 2,659 yards, 17 TDs and 12 interceptions. Appeared in 18 games at Washington State, starting first six games in 2004 before a foot injury ended his season. Completed 91 of 193 passes for 1,283 yards, 13 TDs and seven interceptions in 2004, his most productive season at WSU. After appearing in just three games in 2005, he transferred to Montana.Notebook: Son of Jeff and Andrea Swogger. Married to Angie Swogger. Threw for more than 2,000 yards his sophomore year at Mathews before transferring to Ursuline for junior and senior seasons. Graduated from Washington State with a history degree, transferring his final credits from Montana. Led Irish to their lone state football title as a senior in 2000. "I know the alumni really appreciate and it and it makes me feel good that it meant so much to the community," Swogger said of the title. "Mooney's been pretty good the last few years and I think it's great. I'm glad when stuff like that happens in Youngstown. It proves just how good the football is there." Would be first Ursuline graduate to make it to the NFL since former Wisconsin DB Mike Echols, who played under Dick Angle and will likely join Angle's coaching staff next year.Draft projection: Sixth or seventh round/undrafted free agent.
