State Route 46 in Howland to be closed Sunday

HOWLAND — State Route 46 at the Howland and Bazetta Township line will be will be closed Sunday for a culvert replacement. The work is expected to begin at 7 a.m. and conclude by Sunday evening. Traffic will be detoured to state Route 305 to state Route 5 to state Route 46.
