The maternity home runs on a budget of about 165,000 a year.
It is funded by churches and through fund-raising activities during the year.
It's next fundraiser is a Walk-A-Thon that will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Howland Township Park. Registration begins at 9 a.m. at the park. Forms can be obtained by calling (330) 856-3616.
