NILES — The Girl Scout fundraiser Uncorked III will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Ciminero’s Banquet Center on Main Street.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample desserts prepared by area chefs from the Blue Wolf Tavern in Canfield and the Blue Iris in Warren. All desserts are original recipes and prepared with Girl Scout cookies as one of the ingredients.
Throughout the event two area distributors will also be offering samples of fine wines. The evening is rounded out with hors d’oeuvres and an extensive silent auction. Tickets are $45 per person and include an entry for a door prize. To buy tickets, call Girl Scout headquarters at (800) 362-9430.
