SALEM -- The U.S. Marine Corps has awarded a 32,490 contract to Miller-Holzwarth of Salem for instruments and laboratory equipment. The contract was awarded by the U.S. Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Ga.
Regional Chamber plansceremony at pizzeria
NILES -- The Regional Chamber will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Jimmy Green's Pizza, 156 N. Main St. Charles and Michael Hood, who are brothers, opened the shop in February using recipes of their great-grandfather Vincenzo Verde, who moved here from Naples, Italy, in the early 1900s.
