ALYSSA MAMULAMIGUEL CUEVAS JR.
STRUTHERS -- Alyssa Mamula and Miguel Cuevas Jr., both of Liberty Street, Lowellville, were united in marriage during a 6:30 p.m. ceremony March 3 at The Elm Tree, where a reception was held afterward.
Struthers Mayor Daniel Mamula, the bride's uncle, officiated at the wedding, and her grandfather, Deacon Lewis Rotz, bestowed a blessing. Parents of the bride are Louis and Cheryl Mamula of Queisner Avenue, Lowellville, and the groom is a son of Miguel Cuevas Sr. of Youngstown and Catherine Cuevas of Detroit Avenue, Youngstown.
The bride wore an ivory and champagne A-line halter-style gown and held a bouquet of ivory roses and champagne hydrangea.
Black and ivory gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Mandy Mamula, and the bridesmaids, Adrienne Mamula, also her sister, and Christy Jobe.
The duties of best man were performed by Eddie Pagan, and serving as groomsmen were Thomas Hite, a cousin of the groom, and Chuck Weisensee.
Also participating were the couple's children, Mariah, Angel, Carlos and Jayden Cuevas and Noah Mamula.
Mrs. Cuevas is a secretary with Atty. Robert Ciotola in Canfield.
Mr. Cuevas is employed as a welder with Concord Steel in Warren.
