XHANALEI, Hawaii -- The beach at Hanalei Bay on the island of Kauai was the setting at 6 p.m. Aug. 5 for a sunset ceremony performed by the Rev. Wilford Ross, uniting in marriage Jennifer Irene Campbell and David Andrew Goldstein, both of Los Angeles.
Parents of the bride are Linda and Bob Campbell, 272 Ewing Road, Youngstown, and the groom's parents are Clarice and Henry Goldstein of Southbury, Conn.
A postnuptial reception was held for the couple on Aug. 20 at Avion on the Water in Canfield. They live in Los Angeles.
The bride's ivory A-line gown featured a beaded neckline and crystalline spaghetti straps.
Serving as honor attendant for his sister was Bob Campbell of Seattle, Wash. Flower girl was Casidy Benulo of Los Angeles. The groom's attendant was his sister, Karen Goldstein of Los Angeles.
Also participating were Abra Campbell of Seattle, Wash., the bride's sister-in-law, and her cousins, Sara Turner of Aurora and Rebecca Davidson of Boardman.
Mrs. Goldstein graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in political science and from the University of Pittsburgh with a master's of international affairs and a juris doctorate. She is employed by the Department of Defense in Los Angeles as a council for the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals.
Mr. Goldstein, a self-employed screenwriter under contract with Sony for an animated feature, earned a bachelor's in fine arts, film and television at New York University.
