JAMIE IGNAZIORICK WALSKI
XYOUNGSTOWN -- A honeymoon on the Hawaiian islands of Oahu and Maui followed the Aug. 5 wedding of Jamie Ignazio and Rick Walski, both of 2593 Sierra Drive, which took place at St. Brendan Church with the Rev. James Daprile presiding.
After the 1 p.m. ceremony, the daughter of Jim and Diana Ignazio, 1967 Woodland Trace, Austintown, and the son of Jo-Anne Gear and Chuck Walski, both of Youngstown, were honored during a reception at Maronite Center.
Fashioned with a corset bodice, the bride's strapless, white, A-line gown was enhanced with crystals, pearls and beading and featured a chapel train.
Wearing deep-red gowns were the bride's sister and honor attendant, Kristin Ignazio of Austintown, and the bridesmaids, Angela Haynie and Jackie Roth, both of Youngstown, and Carol Yeiser of Oak Harbor, Wa. The bride's cousin, Gianna Ignazio of Canfield, was the flower girl.
Best man was Bill Nock of Lowellville, and serving as groomsmen were Mark Bradley and Chris Roth, both of Youngstown; Joe Vlosich of Boardman, and Joe Zappia of Lowellville. Junior groomsman was the bride's cousin, Dominic Ignazio of Canfield, and her nephew, Dustyn Feltner of Austintown, was ring bearer.
The bride, a Spanish teacher with Lowellville School District, graduated from Youngstown State University with a master's degree in education-secondary education. The groom is employed by Youngstown Water Department.
