The public is invited. Paul Sracic, YSU political science professor, will address the questions: How do we locate the guidance we seek in the Constitution? Why did we need a Bill of Rights? Who gets to interpret the Constitution? How is the difficult task of interpretation accomplished? Attendees will receive a complimentary copy of the full text of the Constitution.
