(Women)
Grove City 2, Wash. & amp; Jefferson 2 (2 OT) -- The Wolverines are now 8-5-1 overall and 2-1-1 in the PAC. Grove City fell behind 2-0 early in the second half but rallied to send the match into overtime. Sophomore goalkeeper Diana Pragel (Rochester, N.Y./Greece Arcadia) stopped eight shots for the Wolverines.
VOLLEYBALL
Grove City 3, W & amp; J 0 -- Grove City is now 18-8 overall and 7-2 in the PAC. The Wolverines are one-half game behind Westminster (7-1) in the race for the top seed in the season-ending PAC Championship Tournament. Nov. 3-4. Senior Carlie Roberts had 12 kills while junior Heather Fraiz added 10 kills. Sophomore Natalie Liberati tallied nine kills on just 18 total attacks. Junior Kim Walsh (Beaver HS) set 36 assists. It was the Wolverines' first regular season sweep of W & amp;J since 2001.
Bethany 3, Penn State-Fayette 0 -- Bethany seniors Angelina Allen, Amanda Bashioum and Linzy Turner went out on a winning note in the their final home game.The Bison team is 7-17.
