Fire at vacant house on Tod called arson

YOUNGSTOWN -- A fire at 111 Tod Lane in the city was arson, the Youngstown fire department said.
The fire, which began around 9 p.m. Wednesday, burned the vacant house at that address, the department reported. There were no injuries. Property damage was estimated at 15,000.
The department said an arson investigator was working at the scene.
