New Castle to install parking lot

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — New Castle Area School District is accepting   bids for the installation of a parking lot at the junior-senior high school on   Reis Street. Work is to include paving, excavation and installation of storm   sewers. Bids are due before 2 p.m.   Dec. 11 and will be opened at 2:05 p.m. that day.
