St. Charles will host lunchtime Advent series

BOARDMAN -- St. Charles Borromeo Church, 7345 Westview Drive, will host its Learn While You Lunch series for Advent from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesdays in the church's St. Mark Room. Participants should take their own lunches; beverages will be provided.
Sessions and speakers will be:
Wednesday: Call to Faith with Lori McGlone, Right of Christian Initiation of Adults, who recently became a Catholic.
Dec. 6: Called to Serve with Terry Vicars of Catholic Charities, who works with the homeless.
Dec. 13: Called to Care with Liz McGarry of Hospice of the Valley.
